Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time. 

  • Items that are in stock will usually be posted next working business day, Monday - Friday. Items purchased on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be posted next working day.

  • Please allow time for custom made items to be shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs: 

  • Standard shipping costs £3.75

  • Free Shipping - over £30 or with coupon

3. Delivery Time Estimates: 

  • Delivery is expected to be made 1-3 working days after dispatch, we cannot be held responsible for items delayed once its left our hands, but will endeavour to help track/resolve the issue.

4. Shipping Destinations: 

  • We only ship to the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland)

.5. Order Tracking: 

  • All items shipping will be send tracked, please see your dispatch note for tracking information.

6. Returns and Exchanges: 

  • Faulty unused items can be returned for a replacement/refund (arranged with KellysLures beforehand)

  • Unwanted/Unused items can be returned at buyers expense within 14 days of order placed.
